Çakı Restaurant's story began in Malatya in 1985. For nearly a decade, guests queued at our door, making it a much-loved meeting place remembered for its flavours.
When we moved to Istanbul, our restaurant in Malatya closed, but the Çakı name found a new home. Our address changed. The roots of our kitchen stayed with us.
