This is a traditional salad served alongside meat and grilled dishes by kebab restaurants and street food vendors (tablacıs). It's made with plenty of sourness, sumac, and finely chopped ingredients. Its most distinctive feature is that the ingredients are chopped very finely with a knife and served fresh without delay.
